Real Madrid want Harry Kane while Mike Ashley has put Newcastle United up for sale

Tottenham have valued Harry Kane at more than £200million as Real Madrid line up a move for the England international.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy would only sell Kane for a bigger fee than world record transfer Neymar, according to The Times.

Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane has described the 24-year-old as “a complete player”, dropping the biggest hint yet he is eyeing the striker ahead of tonight’s Champions League clash at the Bernabeu (7.45pm).

Elsewhere,  owner Mike Ashley has put the club up for sale and wants to cash in by Christmas.

Ashley is so desperate to sever ties with the Toon after a decade in charge that he is willing to accept payments in instalments.

Finally, Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has accused Romelu Lukaku of deliberately kicking him in the face at Anfield on Saturday.

Manchester United frontman Lukaku caught the Croatian with his boot during the 0-0 draw, but the FA have already decided there is no case to answer.
