Chelsea hero Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has dismissed claims Roman Abramovich could sack Antonio Conte

The Italian enjoyed a stellar first season in English football as the Blues marched to the Premier League title.

Conte also led his side to the FA Cup final, where they were narrowly beaten by London rivals Arsenal.

Chelsea have found the going tougher this time around though and they stumbled again when they faced Roma in the Champions League this week.

Conte's men face the prospect of a showdown with Manchester United on Sunday - a game which could all but end their title hopes.

And recent reports have claimed Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is planning to sack the former Juventus boss.

Hasselbaink told Express Sport: "I think the rumours are just ridiculous. I think he's been doing absolutely magnificent.
