CHELSEA have been handed a double injury boost ahead of their clash with Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday (4.30pm).

Chelsea have been handed an injury boost ahead of their clash with Manchester United

N’Golo Kante and Cesar Azpilicueta were both in training at Cobham today as they aim to be fit in time for this weekend’s Premier League meeting.

Kante has been out since October with a hamstring injury suffered on international duty, and will undergo a late fitness test before taking on United.

Meanwhile, Azpilicueta is likely to also be available after suffering a knock during the midweek defeat to Roma and being omitted from the Spanish national squad.

manager Antonio Conte will be hoping for a strong reaction after the 3-0 Champions League defeat, and the Italian should be encouraged to see two of his key men looking fighting fit in training.

Meanwhile, to the matchday squad as he nears a recovery from a hamstring injury which has ruled him out since September.
