Krychowiak calls for West Brom to bag a win at Leicester

The Poland international wants to end their mini slump at Leicester on Monday with Albion in danger of slipping down the Premier League.

Albion won their first two games of the season but have not triumphed since, having also been knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Manchester City.

They head to Leicester having blown a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 against Watford before the international break and Krychowiak is eager to end their winless run at the King Power Stadium.

He said: "We haven't won in the last five games so it's very important for us to win the next match.

"The last one, we conceded a goal in the last minute.

"It's very important to win and take the three points. It's difficult to do twice what they (Leicester) did two years ago (win the league).

"They're still a good team, they defend very well and so it's difficult to play against a team like that.

"I've seen the games of Leicester but I've never played there so I will discover."

Krychowiak has impressed at the Hawthorns after joining on a season-long loan from Paris St Germain in the summer but admits he can still improve as he gets to grips with the Premier League.

"The first game, I wasn't (ready) enough physically. I didn't do pre-season with PSG, I didn't play friendly games," said the 27-year-old.

"So now after seven games - five with West Bromwich and two with Poland - I think I am better but I can still do better.

"In Spain there is a lot of ball possession, in England there's a lot of action in defence or attack. The football is direct, this is the big difference.

"It's not a problem for me, it's a new experience and I will discover with pleasure."
