Jurgen Klopp breathes a sigh of relief but Liverpool legends sum up the mood after crazy win at Leicester

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admitted he was not entirely happy with his side’s performance after they secured a dramatic 3-2 win against Leicester at the King Power Stadium.
Klopp had a pretty miserable record in away matches against Leicester since he took over as Liverpool manager, losing two Premier League games and also last Tuesday’s Carabao Cup clash against the Foxes.
Yet after an incident packed game that was decided by Simon Mignolet’s penalty save from Jamie Vardy, Klopp’s side sealed their first away win of the Premier League season on a night when their fragile defence looked ready to crack once again.
“This was exactly what we have seen all season,” reflected Klopp. “Very, very, very good moments and then we made it a little bit exciting.
“The referee did not help us, but we take these three points and you can see at the end that we are very excited about this.
“We created chances, scored goals, played great football, but again we concede after a cross, which was disappointing.
“It is not a time to be completely cool, but overall I was happy with our performance. The boys deserved the three points. The free kick for the first goal was not a free-kick and it was a foul on Simon [for the second goal].
“At the start of the second half we played the same football like Leicester - kinda hectic. Simon saved the penalty and then I think we really deserved the win.
“I really thought in a moment like this so many things are positive. The three points are the proof for the public that we are still here, everything is good. Let's make the next step together.”
This may have been a vital win for Klopp and his team on a day when all their rivals at the top of the table won, but the reaction of Liverpool greats Jamie Carragher and John Aldridge summed up the mood of many of the club’s supporters after a win that did little to cover up the flaws in the make-up of Klopp’s team:
