Academy trio named in England U17s squad
Curtis Jones, Elijah Dixon-Bonner and Luis Longstaff have been named in the England U17 squad for three friendlies later this month.
The Reds trio have been picked by Young Lions boss Steve Cooper as he looks to bring through the next generation of future stars following last week's victory at the U17 World Cup in India.
Jones, Dixon-Bonner and Longstaff will take part in a mini-tournament featuring games against Portugal, Russia and Germany as they begin preparations for next summer’s Euro finals on home soil.
