Alvaro Morata hasn't been at Chelsea long but he's already done a great job of winning over the Blues supporters.

The former Real Madrid striker was brought in to replace the departing Diego Costa - a difficult job for another player, regardless of their quality.

But Morata has taken the pressure in his stride. He's netted seven times for the Stamford Bridge club in just nine appearances in all competitions.

Antonio Conte wasn't sure whether the Spaniard would be fit for Chelsea's Champions League clash against Roma on Wednesday night.

However, he returned to training for the Stamford Bridge club ahead of their Premier League defeat to bottom-placed Crystal Palace.

He was left out of the squad on the day, but continued to work on his fitness and was named in the starting line-up against Roma.

Warming up on the pitch ahead of the game, the Spaniard was clapped by the Chelsea fans, delighted to see him back in their ranks.

Morata then returned the favour by handing a young fan his training top. And the boy's reaction to the gesture said it all. Brilliant.
