West Ham striker Andy Carroll is the proud father of a bouncing baby boy after his ex-TOWIE star Billi Mucklow gave birth on Wednesday.

And while we're delighted for the happy couple as they celebrate the introduction of a second child to their family, we're VERY impressed by the name.

The couple shared their joy on social media on Wednesday evening alongside a picture of them holding the little guy tightly.

So far, so cute. And the name takes it out of the stratosphere.

Introducing Wolf Nine Carroll.

That's right, if a mega-star of survival TV can be called Bear - also the name of Cheryl and Liam Payne's little one, by the way - why can't this little showbiz-slash-football bub be Wolf?

He'll be nicknamed Wolfie based on Mucklow's hashtags which also included #MyLittleChubbyCub.

Wolf, whose middle name is of course his dad's number of choice on the pitch, is a brother to two-year-old boy Arlo.

Billi, 28, captioned the black and white photo: "Wolf Nine Carroll You Have Stole Our Hearts 15-11-17 #Babyboy #Wolfie #MyLittleChubbyCub."

Billi announced she was expecting her second child back in May while on a family holiday in Dubai

A number as a middle name is hardly a new concept either with David and Victoria Beckham naming their fourth child, daughter Harper Seven.

Beckham, of course, wore No.7 Manchester United and England, before moving to No.23 at Real Madrid and LA Galaxy, and 32 at AC Milan and PSG.

The reality babe, 28, revealed the news in a sweet Instagram snap showing their young son Arlo placing a hand on her growing bump.

"Suns Out Bump Out #babyCarrollontheway #babyonboard," the bikini-clad star wrote alongside it.

Billi and Andy, 28, got engaged in 2014 after he popped the question while on a romantic birthday trip to Rome.

The following summer the stars welcomed their first child together.
