Kylian Mbappe spoke to Arsene Wenger , Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola over the summer while deciding where his future lies, according to reports.

Monaco sensation Mbappe is European football's hottest property after flying onto the scene last season, helping the French club to the Ligue 1 title and Champions League semi-finals.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be leading the way for his signature - but it is reported that he held talks with three different Premier League managers.

Arsenal had a bid, which at the time would have been a world record fee, rejected for Mbappe earlier this summer.

Liverpool and Manchester City have both also maintained an interest and are continuing to monitor Mbappe's situation.

Mbappe was left on the bench at the weekend as Monaco defeated Dijon 4-1 in their second league game of the season.

His strike partner Radamel Falcao netted a hat-trick during the win, in which Mbappe remained an unused substitute.

"It's a club decision not to have him start the game," manager Leonardo Jardim said after the match.

"In the end, the game went smoothly and I gave the opportunity to other players to help make the building of the team more effective.

"In the coming months, with the Champions League, we'll need everyone. We have to give rhythm to those who aren't often used."
