Arsenal new boy Sead Kolasinac has chosen his squad number for the 2017/18 season with the Gunners.

The Bosnia and Herzogovina international will wear No.31 with his new club.

Previously No.6 with Schalke, that number was taken by vice-captain Laurent Koscielny.

Arsene Wenger is likely to deploy Kolasinac as a left wing-back in the 3-4-3 system that sparked so much success towards the end of the last campaign.

Kolasinac could make his debut in the Community Shield on August 6 against Chelsea.

A week later the 23-year-old will have a chance to make his Premier League debut at home to Leicester on August 12.
