Arsenal pair Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck have gone to extreme measures to prepare for the Gunners' clash at Watford this weekend.
Arsene Wenger's men visit Vicarage Road in Saturday's late Premier League clash, looking to maintain their recent good run of form ahead of the international break.
The Hornets have also begun the season well and only sit a point behind their London rivals, meaning Wenger will need to call on all the attacking talent his side can muster.
And the England internationals are in the mood if Walcott's Instagram is anything to go by, after he posted a picture of the pair at a cryotherapy chamber.
Sporting masks and hats, the duo are among the latest to undergo the therapy which aids recovery.
"Dr. Freezing in the cryo with @DannyWelbeck," the former Southampton man posted on his Instagram account, along with a few snowflake emoji.
Welbeck will be looking to continue his decent start to the season, which has seen him net three times in the Premier League so far.
