Arsene Wenger has delivered positive news on midfielder Mohamed Elneny ahead of Arsenal's tough away clash against West Brom on Saturday.

The Frenchman also revealed that Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are a doubt.

Arsenal head into the tie having only picked up two wins from their previous five Premier League games - losing the rest.

The Gunners most recently suffered a 3-1 defeat to fellow top four competitors Liverpool.

Wenger knows his side will need to win against West Brom in order to keep challenging for a top four place.

"Gibbs is uncertain and Chamberlain has a test today," said Wenger. "Elneny has joined again so apart from the long term injuries we should have everybody available.

"Elneny looked at the start a very bad ankle injury but he has recovered well and is keen to come back as quickly as possible."
