Chelsea will ban any fans found guilty of singing anti-Semitic chants at Leicester.

The Stamford Bridge club and the FA are working to identify fans whose chant about new hot-shot Alvaro Morata, included abuse of London rivals Tottenham, who have a large Jewish fanbase.

The champions operate a zero tolerance policy and Morata and Chelsea chiefs were swift to condemn the song after the 2-1 win at Leicester.

The Spain striker himself tweeted: "Since I arrived, I have been able to feel your support every single day, you are amazing and I'd like to ask you to please respect everyone!"

A spokesmen for the club said: "The club and the players appreciate the fans passionate support away from home, of course, but the language in that song is not acceptable at all."

It is not the first time Chelsea fans have been caught making offensive chants in recent years.

Videos appeared on social media of some fans singing anti-semitic songs before their FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham in April.

Now Chelsea face a Champions League home tie against Qarabag FK tomorrow and any repeat of the lyrics could land the club in hot water with UEFA chiefs.
