Chelsea fans have hit out at Liverpool after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain snubbed a move to the Stamford Bridge club.
The Arsenal winger had been expected to move to west London after the Gunners agreed a £40million deal to sell the England international.
But Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has one year left on his Arsenal contract - and no intention of signing an extension - wants to move to Liverpool.
As things stand, Liverpool have yet to make a bid for the wing-back, but Arsenal could be tempted to sell Oxlade-Chamberlain.
There is bad blood between the two clubs, following the Luis Suarez saga four years ago, but it looks to everyone that the 24-year-old's time at Arsenal has come to an end.
Chelsea fans are a little disappointed that they are again going to miss out on one of their targets to a Premier League rival.
They clearly think Oxlade-Chamberlain is making a huge mistake in turning them down for Liverpool.
And many took to Twitter to question why the Englishman would favour a move to Anfield over one to Stamford Bridge.
