Joe Hart is unable to play any part of Manchester City's Premier League clash with West Ham due to a clause in the loan deal that saw him leave the Citizens for the Hammers in the summer transfer window.

But is seems he hasn't been missed by supporters of the east London club following a solid first half from back-up goalkeeper Adrian.

As the teams were released ahead of the Sunday afternoon fixture, West Ham fans took to Twitter to ask whether Hart had been dropped.

They then began to comment on the fact that Adrian was - for the time being at least - enjoying the game of his life between the sticks.

Hart is keen to impress at the moment to secure his spot as England's number one amid a lot of competition going into the World Cup.

But David Moyes' difficult job is to keep West Ham in the league, and he will have his eye on tough games against Chelsea and Arsenal on the horizon.

He'll also no doubt be aware of the fans' feelings following a brilliant first half against Manchester City in which Adrian kept a clean-sheet.

And, of course, his side took a very unlikely lead.
