Well this isn't a combination that we were expecting to see.
With his team misfiring in front of goal and as leaky as ever at the back, it seems as though everyone is taking pot-shots at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp right now. Including legendary basketball entertainers the Harlem Globetrotters
The exhibition team were referenced in Klopp's post-match interview after the Reds were required to dig deep to beat Leicester City 3-2 on Saturday , when Simon Mignolet saved Jamie Vardy's penalty to secure victory.
Referring to his team having to "win ugly" after the game, Klopp said: “I said before the game to the boys ‘we are not the Harlem Globetrotters’.”
“We don’t go out to try and play beautiful football. We are here for results, so we play for results.”
But it seems as though Klopp forgot one thing.
Because the Harlem Globetrotters don't just play entertaining basketball, they also make sure they win every time.
Four thousand two hundred and eleven times in a row, to be exact, and they used that winning record to put Klopp in his place, tweeting "If you want to talk results, we've won 4,211 consecutive games @LFC."
Klopp, meanwhile, drew his last one at Spartak Moscow.
