Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho stunned a group of Top Eleven gamers in brilliant fashion when he gatecrashed their virtual reality press conferences.

The Red Devils manager is the face of the popular management simulation app and was drafted in to surprise a small selection of the game's 160 million users.

Top Eleven created a prototype where the group experienced what it would be like to have press conferences as a football manager.

Each gamer wore a VR headset and answered questions from 'a room full of journalists'.

The United boss congratulated each fan before sharing a hug and a handshake.

The gamers had been critiquing Mourinho just moments before, which might explain the severity of their shock.
