Romelu Lukaku was on target for Manchester United once again as the Red Devils battered Valerenga 3-0 in Sunday's friendly.

The Belgian was left on the bench for the first half of the pre-season match, which United initially struggled to get a foothold in.

They were evidently the better side for large periods, but only managed to break the deadlock a minute before half time, when Marouane Fellaini found the target.

Lukaku, who was signed for £75million to provide United with firepower for the new season, was then introduced by Jose Mourinho for the second half.

And well it's safe to say his impact was immediate.

It took just two minutes after the restart for the Belgian to find the back of the net and double Manchester United's lead.

But what made the strike even more impressive was that Lukaku hadn't made contact with the ball before scoring, meaning he netted with his first touch.

Yes, you did hear that correctly, his first touch.

A lot has been made about the Belgian's apparently poor first touch, which is said to be a weakness of his game.

And United supporters were even a little worried about it not long after Lukaku signed for the club after a video of him in training went viral.

But it seems this problem isn't really a problem at all... and Red Devils supporters were quick to bring attention to this fact.
