Kieran O'Hara has signed a new deal with Manchester United keeping him at the club until 2020.

Despite being the Red Devils' fourth-choice keeper, Nicky Butt and co have clearly seen the potential in the 21-year-old and rewarded him with fresh terms.

O'Hara has thrived in United's reserves this season, keeping four clean sheets in 10 appearances.

The shot-stopper also represents the Republic of Ireland after forcing his way into their U21 squad.

After signing his new deal, O'Hara told manutd.com: "Since I joined United, it has been everything I expected it to be.

"The club gives you all the guidance that you need from experienced coaches to improve every single day.

"But I know that the hard work has just started and that I need to continue to listen and give everything in training and the matches we have coming up. I know I’m at the right place to continue my development as a young player and I’m thrilled to have signed a new contract."

It's been a good week for the shot-stopper has also been spotted boarding a plane to Bristol along with the rest of Manchester United's squad.

Jose Mourinho's men face Bristol City in the Carabao Cup quarter-final on Wednesday night.
