Jose Mourinho arrived at training on Friday with his Manchester United stars as he announces his team news ahead of this weekend's clash with Huddersfield.

Among those who drove into United's AON Training Complex in Carrington was youngster Scott McTominay who signed a new three year contract at Old Trafford.

Defender Daley Blind, Maros Rojo, Axel Tuanzebe, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Joel Pereira also arrived as the club prepared for Saturday's game.

United boss Mourinho will be without long term injury victims Marouane Fellaini, Eric Bailly, Michael Carrick, Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo as they visit the John Smith's Stadium for the first time in their history.

The Portuguese chief has been boosted by the fitness of Marcus Rashford, who limped out of the Red Devils' Champions League victory over Benfica.

“He's fit,” said Mourinho. “Nobody else [is available], so we go with the same players. We have the same players as we have for the last match.

“Everybody knows that every manager wants to have all the players available, then a question of the way you position yourself in relation to that the best way to do it.

“For some it's better to remember and remember and remember that the team is not full strength, better to remember Player A or B is missing or Player B and C is important for the team.

“The best way for us to do it is to speak abut opportunities for others, trust for others and belief in others. It doesn't mean I don't miss the other players, it is just the way we try to do it.”
