Liverpool ran rampant during Wednesday night's 4-2 Champions League win over Hoffenheim, and there was one star peformer.

Despite not finding himself on the scoresheet, Sadio Mane shone at Anfield, playing a hand in the Reds' first and third goals.

So impressed with Mane's performance, Ian Wright felt compelled to Tweet about the winger - and compared him to wantaway star Philippe Coutinho.

Anfield were once again without the Brazilian who remains absent through illness. The 25-year-old is in the middle of a transfer tug of war between owners Liverpool and Barcelona.
