Tottenham have launched their new third kit ahead of their Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund .

Spurs' new Nike kit is a dark purple camo knit, with rich yellow trim, and will be used predominantly as their change strip in Europe.

The kit was launched by Christian Eriksen and Eric Dier on Tuesday morning as Mauricio Pochettino 's men get set to kick off their Champions League campaign against Dortmund at Wembley.

‘SPURS’ features at the bottom of the rear of the shirt, which is priced at £60 adults for a replica, and £90 for an elite version.

Meanwhile, Pochettino says Harry Kane can now be compared with the best.

The Spurs boss played alongside some great players in his club career and with Argentina. One name stands out as the supreme striker, whose genius was captured in his nickname: Batigol.

So, does the phenomenon that is Kane, after scoring his 100th Spurs goal, possess any of the qualities of the great Gabriel Batistuta?

“Yes, yes, yes, yes – Batistuta was a killer,” the Tottenham manager says with a delighted grin, as memories seem to come flooding back. “And he is a killer, Harry Kane – look at the goals he has scored the last years.”
