Liverpool have been dealt a huge blow as they try to get their Premier League hopes back on track, with news that Philippe Coutinho is out this weekend.
The influential midfielder has picked up an abductor muscle strain and will miss the visit to Anfield of Huddersfield, a game that has taken on massive significance for Jurgen Klopp's under pressure side.
And he is also now a huge doubt for the Champions' League showdown with Maribor next week, after picking up the problem in training.
While the news is a big blow for Klopp, who knows he must get his side back on the winning trail after an error strewn disaster at Spurs, there is good news elsewhere, with Adam Lallana nearing a return after missing the whole season so far with injury.
