Swansea front man Llorente joined from Seville last summer before netting 15 times to keep the Swans in the Premier League.
The 32-year-old is seen as the quality needed at Stamford Bridge needed to retain their league crown, according to the Evening Standard.
Llorente would suit Antonio Conte's one man up front system - with Costa set to leave this summer.
