Luke Shaw is apparently on "borrowed time" at Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho and the English left back's relationship has deteriorated, according to The Times, sparking speculation he's on his way out of Old Trafford.

The paper claims the duo are no longer speaking as the 22-year-old battles for game time despite returning from injury two months ago.

In that time he's been used just twice off the bench by Mourinho - most recently for three minutes in United's easy win at Swansea on Tuesday night.

Shaw needs to play to convinced Gareth Southgate he's worth taking to Russia 2018 and may have to leave to do that.
