Olivier Giroud has insisted he is staying at Arsenal “for now” - and the Gunners will “attack” the Premier League next season.
The France striker signed a new contract until 2020 in January but he is no longer a guaranteed starter.
And the 30-year-old has continued to attract the interest of big-spending Marseille.
Giroud, who scored a hat-trick against Paraguay on Friday night, said: “I am not necessarily insensitive to the proposals of French clubs, including a mythical club like Marseille.
“But my future is written at Arsenal for now. I still have two or three years left on my contract. I want to win the Premier League.”
Arsene Wenger finally signed a new two-year contract after the FA Cup final.
And Giroud, who moved to Arsenal in 2012, said: “It is good that he has announced his contract extension. We continue what we have been doing for several years – three FA Cups and the Community Shield. There is more to come. It is very good.
“Now we are going to attack the Premier League – it is my aim and the aim of the club.”
Yaya Sanogo is leaving Arsenal after four injury-hit seasons and is in talks with Italian club Genoa.
“I have out of contract – the adventure is over,” said the French striker, who spent loan spells at Crystal Palace, Ajax and Charlton. “Do I blame Arsene Wenger? Absolutely not. He is not responsible for my injuries. He is a great coach. He taught me lot.”
