RB Leipzig are determined to hold onto Naby Keita this summer despite strong interest from Liverpool.

The Guinean central midfielder helped RB finish second in the Bundesliga and they are determined to have him on their books when they play in the Champions League next season.

Now, German publication Bild say they will demand €80million (£70million) from any club that wants to sign Keita, a move that will surely put Liverpool off.

But what other transfer rumours are there from Monday's papers?

Chelsea are poised to make Alex Sandro the world’s most expensive defender this week as they launch a £100million double deal. The Blues are on the verge of agreeing a fee with Juventus for Brazil left-back Sandro, after making an improved offer worth just over £61m. Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is due in England in the next 48 hours to finalise his £37m move, while Blues boss Antonio Conte will step up his interest in Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk. Sandro’s fee would eclipse the £50m Paris Saint-Germain paid to buy his countryman David Luiz from Chelsea three years ago.

Midfielder Arturo Vidal has once again urged Chile international team-mate Alexis Sanchez to leave Arsenal and join him at Bayern Munich. The Gunners have offered striker Sanchez - who bagged 30 goals last season – a new deal and insisted they have no intention of letting him leave this summer. But the 28-year-old is still to agree terms, and could leave on a free transfer in 12 months.

Crystal Palace are ready to back new boss Frank De Boer with a move for Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho. The Eagles are poised to confirm the former Ajax boss, 47, within days as Sam Allardyce’s replacement. They are also ready to rival West Ham and Leicester in the race to sign the 20-year-old rising star currently not wanted by Pep Guardiola.

Southampton defender Cedric Soares is a £15million target for Juventus. The Italian giants, who can offer Champions League football, are targeting the 25-year-old Portugal international to replace their Manchester City-bound right-back Dani Alves.

Tottenham reject Paulinho has claimed he is wanted by Barcelona. The Brazilian midfielder signed for Spurs for £17m in 2013 but was offloaded to Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande two underwhelming years later for £9.9m. He has since won two Super League titles and the AFC Champions League under former Brazil and Chelsea coach Luiz Felipe Scolari – and is now back in his national squad.

Norwich have told Leeds to cough up £5million if they want to re-sign Jonny Howson. The midfielder has rejected a new deal at Carrow Road and wants to move back to the Canaries' Championship rivals. Howson, 29, remains a popular figure at Elland Road, where he played from 2006–2012 after breaking through as a youngster before moving to Norwich.
