Sead Kolasinac has finally, officially been confirmed as Arsenal's first signing of the transfer window.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger moved quickly to secure the signature of the 23-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international ahead of Manchester City and Chelsea, with the left-sided defender penning a four-year deal at the Emirates Stadium.

Kolasinac has now joined up with his new teammates, with the club confirming his arrival via a typically banter-tastic post on Twitter:

But once they've learned how to pronounce his name, what can Gunners fans expect from their new man?

Well, in short, good things.

If his Instagram account is anything to go by, Kolasinac seems to be an interesting character both on and off the pitch.

Here's why he'll fit in well in North London.

He likes the colour red (and Donald Duck, but we can gloss over that)

He loves a post-game dressing room snap

He clearly loves the Gunners already

He wears a mask better than Francis Coquelin does

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's a walking yellow card (

He's already an expert in Premier League goal celebrations

He loves the training ground #bantz

He's not above posing for a selfie

He's already got one over some Premier League rivals (in the fashion stakes at least)

He's got flash boots

And he's mascot-friendly, so that's good news for Gunnersaurus
