Republic of Ireland international Jeff Hendrick is available to Sean Dyche for Burnley's Carabao Cup clash with Leeds at Turf Moor.
Burnley have had an excellent start to their Premier League campaign and overcame rivals Blackburn in the last round while Leeds have scored nine goals in the competition.
Hendrick, who has not played for Burnley in a month, was left out of the squad Dyche took to Anfield at the weekend - despite being considered fully fit following a thigh problem - and could be among the changes made on Tuesday night.
Ex-Whites defender Charlie Taylor may also be involved but striker Chris Wood, another who swapped Leeds for Burnley over the summer, might come out of an XI that will probably include several changes.
Leeds will be without injured defender Pontus Jansson after he was forced off during Saturday's defeat at Millwall due to a hamstring injury but fellow centre-half Liam Cooper is expected to return.
Cooper, who missed out at Millwall due to a back injury, could be partnered in central defence by on-loan Everton defender Matthew Pennington, who has been sidelined since damaging ankle ligaments in the opening-day win at Bolton.
Head coach Thomas Christiansen could make several other changes, while goalkeeper Andy Lonergan is hoping for his first Leeds start since rejoining the club in August.
Burnley have met Leeds just once in the League Cup, losing 4-0 at Elland Road back in September 1972.
Burnley are without a home victory in the League Cup since September 2013, losing on their last two outings. Prior to this, the Clarets had won 10 of their last 11 at Turf Moor (D1).

I could see Leeds being awkward and dragging this one to penalties, when it becomes a lottery, so I'm going for an upset here as well.
It always surprises me that clubs don't go for a cup when they are going well, but I can't see Sean Dyche going full strength here and I'm not sure who Burnley bring in at the back, so they should be vulnerable.
Leeds are a decent side and have started well. I see it being a feisty affair and I can see both teams having a go and their defensive changes giving us plenty of goals.
