Jermaine Pennant is the latest former Premier League player to join ambitious non-league club Billericay Town.

The former Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke winger has been without a club since leaving League One Bury at the end of last season, although the 34-year-old trialled with Hibernian earlier this summer.

Pennant has moved to the Isthmian Premier Division side, along with former Wolves defender Kevin Foley and West Ham youth product Leo Chambers.

The trio join former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara and West Ham and Fulham defender Paul Konchesky at the Essex club.
