With England playing next weekend, there will be plenty of debate about who should start in goal for the national team.

Regular No 1 Joe Hart, on loan at West Ham, has had a tough start to the season, conceding 10 times in three Premier League games. In fact, if you combine the end of his loan spell at Torino last season, he's now gone 22 league games without a clean sheet.

In contrast, one of the men left out of the squad is racking up an impressive record. Southampton's Fraser Forster shutout Huddersfield on Saturday - his 35th Premier League clean sheet since 2014/15. No English 'keeper can match that total.

Meanwhile, at Old Trafford, another goalkeeper, Kasper Schmeichel, was on the losing side as Manchester United beat Leicester 2-0.

However, the Foxes shot stopper did at least save a Romelu Lukaku penalty. That, remarkably, means Schmeichel has saved one more penalty than his famous father Peter, who didn't save a single Premier League penalty at Old Trafford while he was at Manchester United.

Speaking of scoring goals, Tammy Abraham ended a drought for Swansea, bagging their first of the season in their 2-0 win at Crystal Palace. In fact, his opener was Swansea's first shot on target of the campaign - after 223 minutes of football.

Less impressive is Miguel Britos' red card count. The Watford defender was sent off for a horror tackle on Brighton's Anthony Knockaert at Vicarage Road - the third time he's been dismissed since the start of last season. No Premier League player has been sent off so often in that time.
