Henrikh Mkhitaryan arrived at Manchester United's Carrington training ground on Friday morning, amid reports of a proposed move to Arsenal.
Mkhitaryan is expected to be part of a potential swap deal which would see Alexis Sanchez move from the Emirates to Old Trafford.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger revealed on Thursday that Sanchez's move to United was "likely to happen", provided Mkhitaryan makes the switch to north London.
Wenger also confirmed Mkhitaryan's wages would not be a problem in the potential swap deal.
The Armenian is seen as a direct replacement for Sanchez, whose Gunners contract expires in the summer.
