Each week we'll be taking a look back at some essential stats from the weekend's action in the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two...
The current leaders in all three divisions were in the relegation zone this time last year. Cardiff, Shrewsbury and Exeter sat 23rd in the Championship, League One and League Two respectively on October 11 2016, but a year later their fortunes have turned around completely.
While all the teams that are currently second were not even above 10th in their leagues a year ago. Wolves were 12th in the Championship, Wigan were 21st (before being relegated to League One) and Notts County were 10th in League Two.
Cardiff are currently top of the Championship. In the previous nine seasons, the team after 11 games has gone on to win promotion to the Premier League seven times.
Shrewsbury are unbeaten in their first 12 league games for the first time in their history.
Consistent Canaries
Norwich have now won three straight games away from home - they had won two of the previous 20.
Buoyant Blades
Sheffield United started their last Championship game in the top two of the division, the first time they'd been there since their final match of the 2005-06 season, before gaining promotion to the Premier League.
Northampton's 6-0 defeat against Bristol Rovers at the weekend was their heaviest home defeat in the League since losing 8-0 to Walsall in Div 3 South in April 1947.
It was not the first time Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has lost by six at home in his managerial career - he was also in charge of QPR for 6-0 defeat v Newcastle in Sept 2016 last season.
Wycombe are currently the top scorers in the EFL and are now unbeaten in 12 away games. They've managed 25 goals so far this season.
