There will be empty seats for Tottenham's first Premier League game at Wembley because of safety restrictions imposed on the ground by Brent council, the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade.
Tottenham have sold just over 70,000 tickets for the game on Sunday against Chelsea, which is live on Sky Sports Premier League, including 3,000 to away fans but the remainder are on restricted general sale to prevent away fans getting tickets in the home end.
The remaining tickets can only be bought by fans who have had some form of interaction with Spurs before July 1. This could be in the form of membership or an online purchase, either ensure the club has proof of the applicant's personal details.
These restrictions will also apply for the visit of Arsenal in February, but not for the visit of Burnley a week on Sunday. Depending on ticket sales that game could now set a Premier League attendance record.
Tottenham are playing all of their home games at Wembley this season while a new 61,000 capacity stadium at White Hart Lane is completed in time for the start of the 2018-19 campaign.
