Tottenham have issued lifetime bans to two supporters involved in throwing urine at West Ham fans during their Carabao Cup tie last Wednesday.

A video which circulated on social media after the match at Wembley showed one fan urinating into a pint glass before the other fan threw its contents at the travelling fans.

Tottenham told Sky Sports News they were investigating the footage and urged fans who had information about "anything untoward" at the game to contact either the club or the police.

Spurs have since concluded their investigation, having identified the two men and subsequently banned them from attending their matches in the future.

A club spokesman said: "This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and we shall be issuing lifetime bans to both individuals in the video."
