Derby County have announced they will extend the contracts of Chris Baird and Darren Bent by 12 months.
Derby will exercise clauses within the players' contracts to extend their deals until the summer of 2018.
Former Northern Ireland international Baird has made 51 appearances for the Championship side since joining from West Bromwich Albion in the summer of 2015.
Striker Bent, 33, signed a two-year contract in the summer of 2015 following a loan spell from Aston Villa in the 2014/15 season.
The former England international, who previously played for Sunderland and Tottenham, has scored 13 times in all competitions this season and is just one goal behind Derby's leading goalscorer Tom Ince.
In total, Bent has made 83 appearances for Gary Rowett's side and scored on 28 occasions in all competitions.
Derby are tenth in the Sky Bet Championship, and can no longer reach the play-offs, after losing 2-1 to Sheffield Wednesday last weekend. Rowett's side face Wolverhampton Wanderers at home on Saturday.
