Did your Premier League team live up to expectations this weekend?

We've asked Sky Sports Now guest Stuart Pearce to give each side a grade, based purely on their weekend performance.

So, how did your team fare? Did they get a stunning A*, an awful F, or something in between? Read on to find out...

Premier League results

  • Swansea 0-4 Man Utd
  • Bournemouth 0-2 Watford
  • Burnley 0-1 West Brom
  • Leicester 2-0 Brighton
  • Liverpool 1-0 Crystal Palace
  • Southampton 3-2 West Ham
  • Stoke 1-0 Arsenal
  • Huddersfield 1-0 Newcastle
  • Tottenham 1-2 Chelsea
  • Man City v Everton (Mon)

Man Utd - A*

Unbelievable! They've kept a clean sheet, won on the road and scored four goals for the second consecutive game. It doesn't get much better than that.

Stuart Pearce believes Manchester United are better suited to winning the Premier League than Manchester City

Chelsea - A

I did not expect Chelsea to get anything from their trip to Wembley but the manager picked the right team, and the players showed they were behind the manager, delivering the result they needed.

Huddersfield - A-

A great result for Huddersfield against fellow promoted side Newcastle. The Terriers will be looking to finish above the Magpies this season, and this victory on the back of their great result at Palace with help the cause.

Highlights: Huddersfield 1-0 Newcastle

Leicester - A-

The Foxes will be delighted with a victory and a clean sheet against Brighton, especially after playing so well against Arsenal and getting nothing from the game. Leicester have impressed me with their start, they look a different side to the one which got their title defence off to such a poor start last term.

Stoke - A-

I thought Arsenal were nailed on for a victory at Stoke so Mark Hughes' men will be delighted to have claimed three points against one of the top-six clubs.

Watford - A-

Watford got a good result battling back for a point against Liverpool on the opening day, but to follow that up by going away from home and keeping a clean sheet was fantastic. I worried about Watford at the start of the season but they've had two solid results.

West Brom - A-

Fantastic! Winning away from home and a second clean sheet for good measure, that's what Tony Pulis' sides do best! It's been a great start to the season for the Baggies.

Liverpool - B+

Liverpool will be happy with their victory and a clean sheet is a welcomed bonus. They were perhaps expecting a greater margin of victory at Anfield, but Wednesday's Champions League play-off against Hoffenheim may have been on their minds.

Burnley - B-

Turf Moor was a fortress for Burnley last season and they'd have fancied their chances against West Brom after winning at Chelsea. They lost but they did play well, the result was disappointing but the performance was not.

Southampton - B-

A good win for Southampton and some much-needed goals at St. Mary's. The game swung both ways but to find the net three times will have pleased players and fans alike.

Tottenham - B-

The result, and another defeat at Wembley - their temporary home - will have disappointed Spurs but, in the main, they played well over 90 minutes.

Tottenham will rue losing on their Wembley bow to a Chelsea side missing their title-winning spine, says Jamie Redknapp

Arsenal - C+

Arsenal played well against Stoke but, after two games, just three points on the board will wrangle Arsene Wenger. They will be disappointed not to have turned their chances into goals and a victory.

Crystal Palace - C

Palace were in the game against Liverpool right up until the final moment. But, having gone a second game without a goal, a team graced with decent goalscorers will be disappointed.

West Ham - C-

The Hammers have had a difficult start to the season not being able to play at the London Stadium. Scoring two goals will have pleased Slaven Bilic but worryingly they shipped three to go with the four they conceded at Old Trafford.

Bournemouth - D

Having been drawn away at West Brom and at home to Watford, you'd have thought the Cherries would have got off to a good start, so they will be disappointed with this performance. They've invested in strikers but failed to score for the second game running and lost to a team they are hoping to finish above this season.

Swansea - D

I know it was a tough game against Manchester United but they failed to score for the second successive game, all the more concerning when you consider Gylfi Sigurdsson has left the club. Having said that, Swansea deserve a bit of tolerance on the grounds that Untied are in good form.

Brighton - D-

They've not conceded many goals but they've lost their first two Premier League games, failing to score in either. They've got a lot of new players that still need time to gel, it's going to be tough but they've got to pick up points soon.

Newcastle - D-

Beaten at home on the opening day and now on the road, it could be a long, difficult season for Newcastle.
