How will Spurs replace Harry Kane? (Manchester United v Tottenham, Sky Sports Premier League from 11.30am on Saturday)

Tottenham's record at Old Trafford does not make for pretty reading, having lost 20 of their 25 Premier League away trips there (W2 D3).

And they were dealt a blow on Friday with the news that striker Harry Kane misses out with a hamstring injury.

Kane is the top scorer in the Premier League this season with eight goals, but Spurs did win five and draw three of their eight league games without him last season.

Mauricio Pochettino said he is unsure what formation he will use at Old Trafford, although summer signing Fernando Llorente looks set to replace Kane. Llorente is yet to start in the Premier League for Spurs and the pressure will be on him to deliver a big performance.

Will Mesut Ozil shine again in Arsene Wenger's 800th PL game? (Arsenal v Swansea City, Saturday, 3pm)

Mesut Ozil put in a match-of-the-match display as Arsenal thrashed Everton 5-2 last weekend, and it was a welcome change to see the German make headlines for performance-related reasons, rather than the persistent rumours linking him with a move away from the Emirates.

Everton 2-5 Arsenal

Now the onus is on Ozil to maintain this level, and a clash at home to Swansea offers the midfielder a perfect opportunity to prove his critics wrong once again.

The clash will be Arsene Wenger's 800th Premier League game since taking charge of the club back in September 1996.

And 462 wins, 194 draws and 143 losses later, Wenger will be hoping to increase that winning tally by one, while adding to the 1504 league goals they have scored under the Frenchman in the process.

Will Crystal Palace end Slaven Bilic's spell as Hammers boss? (Crystal Palace v West Ham, Saturday, 3pm)

Slaven Bilic has two games to save his job at West Ham - according to Sky sources - and it could all come down to their display at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

Slaven Bilic is not worried about reports claiming he has two games to save his job as West Ham manager

Despite being only matchday 10, it's an early six-pointer, as Palace sit five points from safety and in danger of sinking without a fight.

Roy Hodgson's side will hope to put the final nail in the coffin that is Bilic's time as West Ham boss - all the Croatian can do is hope his players put on a performance that proves they want him to remain at the helm.

Will Jurgen Klopp ring the defensive changes against a buoyant Huddersfield? (Liverpool v Huddersfield Town, Saturday, 3pm)

Huddersfield will be confident of causing a shock at Anfield following their famous victory over United last weekend.

In the first league meeting between the two since 1972, the Terriers will hope to capitalise on a leaky Liverpool defence, who topping the wrong tables in the stats department.

Huddersfield 2-1 Man Utd

The Reds have allowed their opponents to score from 20 per cent of their total shots in the league this season (16 of 79), more than any other team, while their 16 goals conceded so far this season is their highest total after nine top-flight games since the 1964-65 campaign (20).

The sorry statistics could go on, and Klopp will be desperate to shut up shop. Will Dejan Lovren and Simon Mignolet be given a chance to redeem themselves? The team news at 2pm on Saturday afternoon will tell us all we need to know.

Will Stoke continue to frustrate Watford? (Watford v Stoke City, Saturday, 3pm)

Sixth-placed Watford host 17th-placed Stoke on Saturday. On paper, the Hornets are heavy favourites, but they have struggled against Mark Hughes' side of late.

Stoke 1-2 Bournemouth

In fact, Stoke have won their last three matches against Watford, and a fourth would mark their greatest run against a Premier League opponent since beating Blackburn five times in a row between 2010 and 2012.

The Potters will be up against it on this occasion, as they face a Watford side who are flying high, and know they could be flying even higher after failing to put the game against Chelsea to bed last weekend.

Will the Baggies bounce back? (West Brom v Manchester City, Saturday, 3pm)

It looked like normal service would be resumed when West Brom started the season with 1-0 wins over Bournemouth and Burnley. However, no more wins have followed since, and the Baggies have in fact only won two of their last 18 Premier League matches.

Man City 3-0 Burnley

They also did little to excite in a 1-0 defeat at Southampton last weekend, and face a tricky run of fixtures with City, Chelsea and Tottenham to play in their next four games.

Tony Pulis does not sound too worried - "Sometimes you get something when you're not expecting it" - but West Brom will need to be at their very best to slow a red-hot City side that has scored 32 goals in nine league games this season.

Will Chelsea make it back-to-back wins? (Bournemouth v Chelsea, Saturday, 5.30pm)

Gary Cahill said Chelsea's win over Watford last weekend "lifted a weight off" after defeats to Manchester City and Crystal Palace. The victory also kept the defending Premier League champions just about in touch with Manchester City, but more wins are required, and Chelsea have not won back-to-back league games since August.

Chelsea 4-2 Watford

"All of a sudden, when you get a few back-to-back wins you'll see how everything lifts and we'll get back to expressing ourselves as we normally do," added Cahill after the Watford win.

Chelsea will have to build momentum if they are to close the gap on City and have a chance of defending their crown.

Will Sofiane Boufal's goal be the catalyst for Southampton? (Brighton v Southampton, Sky Sports Premier League from 12.30pm on Super Sunday)

Southampton 1-0 West Brom

Will Sofiane Boufal's wondergoal against West Brom last Saturday prove to be a turning point in Southampton's goal-scoring struggles this season? Maya Yoshida thinks it might be: "If the guy from the bench came on and has shown that quality it is a message to other players. Their feeling will be 'I have to score', 'I have to show something like this'. "That's the kind of competition we needed and he's shown it today."

Two players who could certainly do with rediscovering their scoring touch are Shane Long and Nathan Redmond.

Redmond has attempted the most shots (24) without scoring a goal in the Premier League so far this season while Long hasn't scored in any of his last 19 league appearances for Southampton.

How will David Unsworth set-up with Everton? (Leicester v Everton, Sky Sports Premier League from 3.30pm on Super Sunday)

While Claude Puel takes charge of Leicester for the first time since his midweek appointment, Everton will again be led by David Unsworth, who is in temporary charge after Ronald Koeman's sacking.

Live Nissan Super Sunday

Unsworth has made it clear he is keen to step up from the U23s to take charge of the first team. "Who wouldn't want the job?" said the former Everton defender. "I want to manage and this is an amazing club to be manager of. I make no secret of it."

So how will he try to impress? Will he ring the changes? Or maybe tweak the formation? There have been complaints that Everton have been lacking pace, so where does Unsworth find that?

It will be intriguing to see how he tries to stake his claim for the job after an encouraging display against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.

Graeme Souness believes that David Unsworth is the right man to succeed Ronald Koeman as Everton manager on a permanent basis.

Will this be Sean Dyche's farewell to the Clarets? (Burnley v Newcastle, Sky Sports Premier League from 7pm on Monday Night Football)

With two jobs available - Everton and Leicester - and another potentially available in the near-future at West Ham, talk of Sean Dyche leaving Burnley could continue for a while yet.

Dyche has worked wonders with the Clarets, winning the Championship in 2015/16 and keeping the club in the Premier League for the last two seasons.

This season they have again, so far, exceeded expectations, winning at Chelsea and Everton and drawing at Liverpool and Tottenham. At home their form has not been so strong, with one win from four and only two goals - one a late equaliser against West Ham last time out.

If this is to be Dyche's final match in charge, Burnley will no doubt want to wish him a fond farewell.
