Burnley midfielder Jack Cork has been called up to England's squad for the first time amid a midfield injury crisis for Gareth Southgate.
England have been left with a squad of just 22 players after Manchester City duo Raheem Sterling (back) and Fabian Delph (calf) withdrew for the World Cup warm-up fixtures against Germany and Brazil due to injuries.
Dele Alli was already ruled out after he sat out Tottenham's game at Wembley on Sunday, while team-mates Harry Winks (ankle) and Harry Kane (hamstring) have joined Liverpool's Jordan Henderson (thigh) in pulling out.
Southgate has already called up West Brom's Jake Livermore for cover in the midfield.
Cork, 28, now joins uncapped selections Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Joe Gomez and Tammy Abraham in Southgate's England squad.
The former Swansea and Southampton player, who started his career in Chelsea's academy, has represented his country at every level from U16 to U21, and was part of the Team GB squad which competed at the 2012 Olympics.
Meanwhile, Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has reported for duty at St. George's Park having been assessed by his club's medical staff.
