Tottenham have confirmed their shirt numbers for the 2017-18 season as Kieran Trippier takes No.2.

The right-back, currently sidelined with an ankle injury, has taken the number vacated by Kyle Walker following the latter's £50million move to Manchester City.

There are no other changes, with No.6 and No.8 within the first XI still vacant after Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason's departures last season.

Kyle Walker-Peters and Cameron Carter-Vickers, both defenders, appear to be part of the first-team squad with inclusion in the reveal video.

Walker-Peters is expected to take Trippier's deputy right-back role, with Trippier officially stepping up to first-choice, while centre-back Carter-Vickers made just two cup appearances last season.

They retain their No.37 and No.38 shirt numbers from last season.

Danny Rose is, of course, included at No.3 amid the fallout from Thursday's candid interview with The Sun where he insisted he will "get paid what I'm worth" while expressing a desire to one day move back up north amid interest from Manchester United.
