Besiktas president Fikret Orman has revealed the club will listen to offers for in-demand striker Cenk Tosun in January.

Earlier this week, we relayed reports claiming Tottenham had sent scouts to watch the 26-year-old play for Turkey during the international break.

Now it seems Besiktas could let the striker leave in January, but only if serious bids come in.

“If the proposals are very serious numbers and we need to sell to benefit the club, we will sell,” said Orman (via HaberTurk).

“If the proposals arrive in January, we will sit back and talk.”

Crystal Palace apparently went all out to sign Tosun in August but failed to get a deal over the line.

His destination might depend on whether he wants to be a first choice striker – that would be unlikely at Spurs, while he’d almost certainly start for Palace.
