After disappointing Manchester City supporters since signing for the club in 2015, Wilfried Bony is set to return to Swansea.

The Ivorian was very successful at the Welsh club, leaving many surprised that he did not retain his good form at City. Swansea are hoping to get Wilfried back to his best and they are set to pay £13 million for him, according to Matt Law of the Telegraph.

Swansea are only waiting on the completion of Gylfi Sigurdsson’s big money move to Everton to make an official approach for Bony.

Bony has just returned from a loan spell with Stoke City, which was also quite unsuccessful. He did not get much time on the pitch and only scored twice. He was undoubtedly unsettled, and it would be no shock to see him willing to go back to his old club.
