Manchester City will only begin their journey in the 2017/18 edition of the English Football League Cup (also known as League Cup or the simply awful new name Carabao Cup) next month, but they already know their opponent.

The Blues will face West Bromwich Albion in the Round of 32, with the match taking place at The Hawthorns on the week of September 18. The draw has been awful as it always is for City, having to play another Premier League team away from home for the 138th time in a row.
Other interesting match-ups include Leicester City against Liverpool, Everton facing Sunderland and Chelsea going up against the legendary Nottingham Forest. The full result of the draw is this:
