The next international break is unfortunately around the corner already. Players will leave their clubs for their national teams in two weeks, and four Manchester City players have been called up by Brazilian national manager Tite for the final round of South America’s World Cup Qualifiers against Bolivia (October 5) and Chile (October 10).

This is the full Brazil squad:

Goalkeepers: Alisson (AS Roma), Éderson (Manchester City), Cássio (Corinthians - BRA)

Defenders: Marquinhos (PSG), Miranda (Inter Milan), Thiago Silva (PSG), Jemerson (AS Monaco), Dani Alves (PSG), Marcelo (Real Madrid), Danilo (Manchester City), Filipe Luís (Atlético Madrid)

Midfielders: Casemiro (Real Madrid), Fernandinho (Manchester City), Paulinho (Barcelona), Renato Augusto (Beijing Guoan - CHN), Phillippe Coutinho (Liverpool), Willian (Chelsea), Arthur (Grêmio - BRA), Diego (Flamengo - BRA), Fred (Shakhtar Donetsk),

Forwards: Gabriel Jesus (Manchester City), Neymar (PSG), Roberto Firmino (Liverpool), Diego Tardelli (Shandong Luneng - CHN)

Other than the usual suspects in Jesus, Éderson and Fernandinho, it’s City full-back Danilo who gets a call to return to the Brazil team for the first time under Tite. Danilo has played great football since joining City and has been rewarded with a much deserved call-up.

Congrats, lads! Please don’t get injured.
