Community Hoddle of Coffee for Thursday, October 26

Today’s a great day! Not only is it the official release date of Guillem Balague’s book on Mauricio Pochettino, titled “Brave New World,” but it’s also the premiere date for the new season of Stranger Things! Nostalgic sci-fi reminiscent of the best sci-fi and horror movies of the 1980s! It’s enough to make you completely forget about Tottenham Hotspur giving up a two-goal halftime lead to West Ham and crashing out of the League Cup.

Uh oh, did I remind you of that? Whoops? Sorry about that.

EDIT: Turns out that Stranger Things 2 is released tomorrow, not today. THANKS, SLAVEN BILIC.

Not sure what happened to Ed this morning, but I’ll step in with a song of the day. Continuing on the spooky theme that I started the last time I did a Hoddle, here’s one of my favorites from Eels. Many of you may already be Eels fans, so I’ll throw this hot take out there: I think this is Mark Oliver Everett’s best album.
