Reports from multiple outlets have said that West Bromwich Albion have bid nearly £25m for Spurs forward Vincent Janssen.
#thfc Baggies bid about £25m for Janssen. Spurs will make a £10m profit if Llorente signs but he's 32 - short-term fix late in the day.

To this point, much of the chatter about Janssen has been regarding possible loans to Premier League sides, but this is the first time I’ve seen an offer to buy him. Not only is the rumored fee in excess of the £18m Spurs paid for the Dutchman a year ago, it would allow the team to make a tidy sum while also exchanging Janssen for Llorente. If this is a legitimate offer, I can’t imagine Spurs doing anything but accepting.
The caveat to this deal would be the completion of the Fernando Llorente signing, which itself might be contingent upon Swansea finding a replacement for the Spaniard. There’s still 12.5 hours left in the transfer window, so we may be waiting a while to find out whether this is going to happen.
