Hump day can be a reflective part of the week at the best of times- let alone when Spurs have just struggled to an ugly 1-0 win against Championship opposition. And finally... Rio Ferdinand, the legendary former pointer and shouter for Man Utd and England, is set to launch a career in boxing. He’s used to blocking strikes in the area but CAN HE etc etc etc
