England announced their squads for various levels with the international break coming up after this weekend’s league fixtures. Everton are going to have a number of players involved once again.

For the Three Lions senior side, Jordan Pickford and Michael Keane have been called up to the 26-man squad. They will host Slovenia at Wembley on Thursday 5 October, before traveling to Vilnius to play Lithuania three days later. Wayne Rooney chose to retire from international football at the last international break and will not be involved.

England Under-21’s play Scotland in Middlesbrough next Friday and then in Andorra on Tuesday 10 October as part of the UEFA European Under-21 qualifiers. Jonjoe Kenny, Tom Davies, Kieran Dowell (on loan at Nottingham Forest), Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ademola Lookman are all in the Aidy Boothroyd’s squad.

There are no Everton players called up to the England Under-20 group that will play Italy and the Czech Republic in friendlies during the break.

The England Under-19 side will also play two friendlies, against Czech Republic and Slovakia with the Blues having two representatives on the squad. Defender Morgan Feeney, who practised with the Toffees’s senior side and could be in the eighteen for today’s Europa League game, and summer midfield signing Dennis Adeniran are the pair called up.

Ashley Williams will captain Wales once again as they prepare to take on Wales and Republic of Ireland. James McCarthy is in the 32-man squad for the Irish even though he’s not fit enough to play for the Blues yet.

More to come as other nations continue to announce their squads for the upcoming international break after this weekend’s fixtures.
