William Gallas flubs clearance attempt, sets up goal for opposing team

Former Chelsea and Arsenal defender William Gallas is finishing out his career in Australia with Perth Glory, but after the moment captured in the video above, he probably wished he retired instead.

Perth were already up 1-0 on Western Sydney when Gallas attempted to make a routine clearance in the box. There was no immediate pressure on him, but as he went to take a big, swinging kick at the ball, his left foot tapped it away from him, causing his right foot to whiff. This set up Western Sydney's Tomislav Juric for a one-v-one with the keeper, which he was able to win, putting his side up 2-0.

And that's how a two-time Premier League winner ends up on an Australian blooper reel.
