;D this kind of statement is funny. Please show me any modern owner that's in the game for the love of the club they own?

I am not so naive to expect owners to have supported a club from birth, but if you look at owners most of them have an affinity for the game.

       FSG couldn’t give a sh*t about the game I love !

Our owners have only one concern, which is the bottom line ! How else can you explain Everton having a higher net spend over the last 5 years when we made over  £660 million more than them.

FSG don't give a sh*t about LFC, the city or the supporters, their God is money.
The fact that they don't use the safe as houses investment that is LFC to it's full potential is a contradiction.

Even more so when you consider the investment is now worth at least triple the amount it was acquired for, tripled their investment with zero input.
What really is a contradiction is the very ethos, the reason the club exists takes a second place to any financial priorities and/or economic restriction which see us jostling consistently for 8 years with the also rans.

      Just F**k off JWH.

According to this report FSG knocked back the £1.5b bid from a Dubai consortium because they feel they could realise a higher price in the fullness of time, how much do the fuckers want for doing absolutely F**k all??

Clearly the eventual sell off has begun. I hardly blame them, football is a money game. Is anybody really surprised. They might be thinking Brexit is an unkown deal. The UK may well regret the out vote. No real way of knowing how it will affect the economy. Or on the other hand a profit of over £1 Billion is hard to turn down.

Not that many knocking about with £1.5 billion on the hip. Could, as has been said, that it's FSG playing silly buggers trying to "price condition" the market.

£1.5 billion....wow....and if you get us for £900m....what a bargain...!

You didn't think these f**king frauds were going to show some commitment in the club did you after "their choice" of manager dragged us from mid-table to fourth?

F***ing L what do ya want blood?
If it is about "Blood,Sweat and Tears" then FSG has certainly delivered on 1/3 of it....  >:(

I would say the tears have come from the supporters. If FSG have cried tears they will be tears of joy over the millions they will make when they eventually sell.

Any emotional context regarding JWH&Co and their involvement with LFC is and never has been required, in spite of JWH and Werner standing on the Anfield pitch years ago looking like complete tw*ts waving red and white scarves about

The priority is the football status of this club, the one and only reason LFC is globally recognized is through past glories and achievement.
That status and an ever-growing global fan base means Ebenezer Henry & Co have more than tripled their original investment.

All this with loans to the club and no financial input on the owner's part whatever.

How much could LFC be worth with committment and substantial financial backing in the footballing aspect of the business?

It is becoming as tho' it is company policy, promote the bricks, mortar and financial aspects of the company while cutting back on the footy expenditure.

Allegedly  FSG have promised Jürgen all the proceeds of Cou sale if it goes ahead.

      Wow.

Sell to buy, methinks its called.

Lets hope we can do as well as the Spuds did with the Bale money.

So we have gone from our promised ‘warchest’ during the summer to now being promised we can use the proceeds of a player sale.

Reality will be that we sell Cou, replace him with someone for about 40mill and get told Rhian Brewster is ready for the first team, or some other such nonsense.

What would be a piss take Skip and it isn't beyond the bounds of possibility, JWH&Co insist some of the Coutinho money be used for the Keita fee.
The timing dovetails and the owner's previous makes it a distinct possibility.

Said the same mate after a few seasons under JWH&Co, they use the same methods but their accountancy is whiter than white and open to scrutiny by whichever national revenue office who requests a closer look.

Our owners took H&G to the High Court and with a highly skilled legal team exposed the layers of off-shore investment and dubious companies being used to drain LFC financially, H&G were declared bankrupt and NESV acquired LFC for a song.

The subtle but highly illegal fraud that H&G perpetrated was taken down at great expense and even greater legal acumen.

Could it be the case that having seen the highly illegal but extremely complex fraud that H&G were using, our prospective owners sought to abandon said illegitimate methods but continue the half arsed 'soccer' interpretation that H&G hoped would suffice.
LFC being the confirmed asset that it is which attracted FSG's interest initially,  recovered from the H&G mauling and got back on track as a steady investment.

It appears the half arsed interpretation has sufficed in the opinion of some.

Of course the owners should be contributing done of their own money, if they had any ambition other than just making a profit, they would!
